Anant Ambani, the son of Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries (RIL), announced his engagement to Radhika Merchant today. At the Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan, the pair participated in a traditional roka ceremony. A few of the event's photos have become popular online.

The CEO of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company and industrialist Viren Merchant's daughter is Radhika Merchant.

The Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan, hosted the roka ritual.

Anant and Radhika have been friends for a while, and today's ceremony marks the beginning of their official marriage journey, which will take place in the coming months. As Radhika and Anant begin their path of union, both families ask for everyone's blessings and well wishes.

Anant graduated from Brown University in the United States, where he also served in a variety of roles in Reliance Industries, including as a member of the boards of Jio Platforms and Reliance Retail Ventures. He presently oversees RIL's energy division. New York University alumna Radhika now holds the position of Director on the board of Encore Healthcare.
