Uttar Pradesh: Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, Kaushal Kishore got emotional and asked the people should not get their daughters or sisters married to an alcoholic person. Addressing the de-addiction program in the Lambhua constituency, MP recalled his son who was killed due to alcohol addiction. Speaking to the gathering, he said that his son Akash Kishore developed a drinking habit with friends and he was admitted to a rehabilitation facility. He added that he got married after six months but he was again addicted to drinking and died. MP added that his grandson was two-year-old when his son died and got emotional that he couldn't save his son, due to which his daughter-in-law became a widow. He asked the people to save their daughters and sisters by not allowing them to marry an alcoholic person. He said that daily labour or rickshaw puller is better than an alcoholic officer.
