According to the sources, the person identified as Parshuram Prajapati, a retired soldier gifted her son-in-law Yogendra and daughter Neha a bulldozer on their wedding day. Reacting to many questions, the person said that his daughter Neha is preparing for UPSC exams and if she fails the examinations then she can use a bulldozer to earn the money.
