First Vande Bharat Express train between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh coming up!

Modern amenities and a flight-like travel experience is soon to be experienced by the people of Telugu states as South Central Railway has been authorised to operate the Vande Bharat Express. Arun Kumar Jain, general manager of South Central Railway, received the official communication in this regard on Friday. The Vande Bharat train is scheduled to debut this month by the Railways.

This train travels at a 180 kmph speed. There are just five Vande Bharat Express trains operating in India at the moment. From Secunderabad to Vijayawada, the first of these express trains will operate. Up to Visakhapatnam, the Vande Bharat trains will be extended.

The track's top speed on the Kazipet route between Secunderabad and Vijayawada is now 130 kmph. After track renovations, including signalling, it will be raised to 180 km. The starting date of the train will be made clear once all the work has been completed.
