The incident took place near the Victoria reading room, in Nandayala. According to the reports, a person indulged in an argument with traffic SI Ramakrishna after the cops stopped his vehicle for checking. The person snatched the SI's mobile phone and demanded the cops to give him his bike keys. Now, the video went viral on social media in which he has seen arguing with the police for his bike keys.
