Despite his constant schedule of review meetings on various topics, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy found time to go boating. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister flew into Parnapalli from the Kadapa district for a two-day tour. The Chief Minister was welcomed by party leaders and officials in the CM's native district as he arrived to open the boating jetty at Chitravathi Balancing Reservoir. The Chief Minister briefly cruised around the Chitravathi reservoir on a boat. The Chief Minister has been informed about the happenings in the district by a few of the officials who were with him.
