Nandyal: Panic gripped among the residents of Byrmal Street, Nandyal after a massive fire broke out at a plastic godown on Wednesday night. According to the reports, a plastic godown in Byrmal Street caught in heavy fire and thick smoke engulfed the surrounding areas. It is learnt that the fire and smoke sprawling to the adjacent houses and shops. After getting the information, the fire tenders rushed to the spot and indulged in the rescue operations. It is suspected that a short circuit is a reason behind the fire accident. Heavy property damage was reported in the incident.
