The 53rd International Film Festival of India presented the Indian Film Personality of the Year award to Telugu Mega Star Chiranjeevi (IFFI). The 67-year-old icon thanked the film business and his supporters after receiving the honour. "I appreciate the IFFI and the Indian government for this wonderful award and great honour. This prize is one of the few honours that stands out. I was raised by modest parents in a middle-class household. I owe the film industry my fame, name, charm, all of my privileges, the priceless love and adoration of my fans, and everything else. According to my parents, I was born Konidela Siva Sankara Vara Prasad, but I was reborn as Chiranjeevi in the movie business," he added in his speech.
