In a heart-wrenching incident, at least 162 people were killed and hundreds of people injured after an earthquake with a 5.6 magnitude hit Indonesia's West Java province on Monday. According to the reports, the earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 hit the Cianjur region in West Java at a depth of 10 km. It learnt that the tremors felt 62 times within 10 hours and caused heavy property damage. Hundreds of people lost their lives in the earthquake and more than 700 people were injured severely. Hundreds of apartments and houses were damaged and many people were trapped under the debris and the death toll may be increased.
