Telangana PCC Chairman Revanth Reddy and Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay, according to YS Sharmila, president of the YSRTP, allegedly accepted bribes during the development of the Kaleswaram project. When her padayatra arrived in Huzurabad via Saidapur mandal in the Karimnagar district, YS Sharmila allegedly made these remarks. The local leaders and people in Huzurabad extended a warm welcome to YS Sharmila. Later, she claimed that the Kaleshwaram project had turned into an ATM for KCR's family while speaking to a crowd at Ambedkar Junction. She has questioned why BJP MLA Etela Rajender hasn't questioned Chief Minister KCR about alleged corruption. She asked Huzurabad BJP MLA Etela to accompany her if he had the guts to raise the issue of corruption.
