Anurag Thakur, a minister for the union, was observed recently offering assistance in pushing a bus that had become stopped on a curvy road in Himachal Pradesh. The Minister was in Bilaspur campaigning for the state Assembly elections, when he saw a traffic jam caused by a bus full of passengers that had broken down on a winding road through the village. Anurag Thakur, minister of information and broadcasting, decided to get out of his car and assist those who were shoving the bus out of the way while his convoy was also snarled up in the traffic jam. Election day in Himachal Pradesh is November 12, and voting results will be tallied on December 8.
