Hyderabad: S*xual assaults on girls are still increasing even after the state and Central governments introduced strict laws. A few days after the DAV school incident, another crime came to light and raised many doubts about the safety of women in society. According to the reports, an orphan girl was r*ped at a Children's Home in Neredmet in Medchal Malkajgiri. The incident came to light after four girls escaped from Grace Social and Educational Society and two of them took shelter in Sangareddy and two girls remained in Secunderabad. After getting the information, the police and Women and Child Welfare Department officials gave counselling to them. During the counselling, one of the girls told the officials that she was r*ped by the accountant Murali. After receiving the complaint, the police arrested the three persons.
