The Bhagavad Gita was illustrated by India's first micro-artist on 4,042 grains of rice, a task that took 150 hours to complete. The Hyderabadi woman Ramagiri Swarika deserves all the praise. She has produced numerous types of micro-artworks without the aid of a magnifying glass. She has received numerous honours for her work, as well as national recognition. Ramagiri Swarika explained her decision to pursue micro-art in an interview. When asked about receiving national recognition for her work, Swarika responded, "After receiving national recognition for my work, I am eager to take my artwork to international platforms."
