In the instance of terrorists and most wanted criminals, Pakistan has once again demonstrated its perversity. Pakistani officials refused to respond when asked if organised crime boss Dawood Ibrahim and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) leader and mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, Hafiz Saeed, will be extradited to India. When Mohsin Butt, director general of Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency, arrived in India as part of an Interpol conference in New Delhi, media questioned him. It was clear that Mohsin Butt was not responding to it and was instead giving it a unique gesture. When asked by media representatives if the two wanted terrorists will be turned over to India, he is seen placing his finger to his lips.
