CPI Narayana demands Jagan to withdraw NTR Health University name change decision

Amaravati: Political heat flared up in Andhra Pradesh after the ruling YS Jagan-led government renamed the NTR University of Health Sciences to YSR University of Health Sciences. CPI leader Narayana reacted to the issues and demanded the YS Jagan government to withdraw the decision. He further asked CM YS Jagan to continue the name of NTR's name to the university.

Narayana said YS Jagan can name YSR to many other institutions or hospitals in the state and questioned why he changed the name of the NTR Health University. He stated that it is so funny if every government changes the names of the institutions. Earlier, the YS Jagan government renamed the NTR Health University after YSR Health University.
