K Chandra Sekhar Rao, better known as KCR, the chief minister of Telangana, skipped the Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan's "At Home" function at Raj Bhavan on Monday after missing it the previous two years. It was reported that both TRS MLC L Ramana and Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar were present. Senior BJP leader Vidya Sagar Rao attended the function. Even though there had been earlier reports that CM KCR would attend the event by 630 p.m., he did not turn up. The reason CM KCR unexpectedly skipped the event is unknown at this time.
