Hyderabad, August 3: Funeral procession of Kantamaneni Uma Maheswari, youngest daughter of legendary Telugu actor and former chief minister N.T. Rama Rao, began from her residence here on Wednesday. Tollywood actor and Hindupur MLA Balakrishna and Ramakrishna, brothers of Uma Maheswari, and other close relatives have reached her residence early in the morning hours. During the funeral procession, Balakrishna, Ramakrishna and other kin carried Uma Maheswari’s bier on their shoulders. Final rites will be held at Mahaprasthanam in Jubilee Hills here. On Monday afternoon, she was found dead at her residence.
