K. Taraka Rama Rao, popularly known as KTR, has come under fire on Monday from the Chief of the YSR Telangana Party (YSRTP) for asking for suggestions for the finest OTT shows after suffering injuries to his leg (tear on ankle ligament). In a press conference, Y.S. Sharmila criticised the minister for preferring to watch over-the-top (OTT) shows over serving the public on a virtual platform. She recalled how during the COVID-19 pandemic time, many worked remotely. After she re-tweeted the KTR message with satirical comments, she received harsh criticism from online users with a string of tweets, to which she responded angrily. She criticised the Minister and his supporters for picking on her specifically. She has challenged the state's government and the minister to address the issues, which are pending.
