Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya are playing the lead roles in the movie and it is a sports drama. Megastar Chiranjeevi and Prabhas launched the Liger movie Telugu trailer today. On the other hand, the Liger team also launched the trailer at Sudarshan 35 MM theatre in Hyderabad amid the best wishes from the audiences. The trailer begins with the entry of Vijay into the ring and the background voice of Ramya Krishna citing the reason behind why she named her son after Liger. She says "My son is a crossbreed, born to a lion and a tiger." Directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Puri Connects in association with Dharma Productions.
