Telangana's minister of municipal and industrial affairs, KT Rama Rao, urged Hardeep Singh Puri, the union minister for urban development, to provide funding for the state's prestigious initiative to implement 100 percent sewerage treatment, which is costing roughly Rs 8,684 crore.
