An unidentified person shot and killed a Telangana software engineer in the US state of Maryland. Nakka Sai Charan, a resident of Telangana's Nalgonda district, was killed on Sunday morning while driving his newly purchased car for a morning walk. His elder sister, who also lives in another part of the United States, came to see him after police informed her of the incident based on the information on his driver's licence. His parents are having a difficult time handling the tragic news. They expressed their emotions about their son's desire to complete his MS and work in the United States in front of a media channel. Parents have asked the Government of India and the Telangana government for assistance in bringing the body home.
