Narsipatnam: Irrigation department officials released the details asserting Telugu Desam Party leader Ayyanna Patrudu encroached the canal. According to the reports, the Irrigation department constructed a security wall for the Ravanapalli reservoir canal. Now, the officials confirmed that the Ayyanan Patrudu constructed the basement on the canal walls. They stated that Ayyanna Patrudu indulged in irregularities in constructing the house. Irrigation department officials alleged that Ayyanna Patrudu encroached 10 feet of canal land. Earlier, tension escalated after the municipal officials demolished the compound wall of Ayyanna Patrudu's residence alleging encroachment of government land.
