JP Nadda directs AP BJP leaders not to speak about poll alliance

Vijayawada, June 7: BJP national president J.P. Nadda directed the Andhra Pradesh party leaders not to speak about poll alliance. In a core committee meeting attended by state top BJP leaders, he made it clear to them that they should focus on strengthening saffron party in AP.

Demand of Jana Sena to announce its party president Pawan Kalyan as CM candidate for next Assembly elections did not come up for discussion. AP BJP president Somu Veerraju, Rajya Sabha MP GVL Narasimha Rao and other leaders participated in the meeting. Meanwhile, Nadda will be addressing a public meeting in Rajahmundry today evening.
