Amaravati, June 2: Divyavani, TDP official spokesperson, on Thursday officially announced her resignation to the TDP. In a press meet, Divyavani alleged that she was humiliated by TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu’s personal assistant when she tried to meet party supremo. The actress-turned-politician said that she did not get proper recognition in the TDP for the last one year. “I did not realise that I was side-lined gradually within the party for speaking truth,” she stated and said that she told facts to high command for strengthening the party. She also lashed out AP TDP president Atchannaidu and a few TDP leaders for not giving importance to her.
