Chittoor district, May 26: A family of four died after the car in which they were travelling rammed into a culvert and fell into a lake at Moravapalle in Madanapalle Rural mandal. The accident took place while they were returning home after attending a marriage at Palamaner. Deceased identified as Gangi Reddy, Madhu Latha, their kids Kushitha Reddy and Devansh Reddy. The family belongs to Reddivaripalle in Nimmanapalle mandal in Chittoor district. On receiving information, police reached the spot and took out the car from the lake with the help of a crane. Negligence driving was the reason for the mishap, said local police official.
