Kakinada, May 23: The police took YSRCP MLC Anantha Udaya Bhaskar into custody on Sunday evening in the murder case of his driver Subrahmanyam. However, the cops did not show his arrest yesterday and kept him at AR headquarters here. Within a couple of hours, Eluru Range DIG Pala Raju and Kakinada SP M. Ravindranath Babu would hold a press meet and declare MLC’s arrest officially. Post-mortem has revealed that Subrahmanyam was murdered. According to reports, the MLC killed the driver as he was aware of his illegal activities. Meanwhile, Udaya Bhaskar is trying to get bail from the High Court.
