Chittoor, May 13: The district police are getting ready to file a petition in the fourth additional magistrate court, seeking cancellation of bail granted to former TDP minister P. Narayana in SSC question paper leakage case. The same court gave bail to Narayana after his lawyers argued that he was not involved in affairs of the Narayana Group of Educational Institutions since 2014. Advocates representing the Chittoor police once again will argue that confessional statement of prime accused Giridhar Reddy is enough to establish involvement of Narayana in the case. The cops might move to the High Court if lower court denies cancelling bail.
