Rajahmundry: A minor girl was r*ped by a village volunteer in Bobbilanka Village, Seetanagarm, Rajahmundry. The incident took place a few days ago but only came to light after her mother approached the police. According to the reports, village volunteer Boosi Satish (23) used to visit the girl's house frequently in the name of informing about government schemes. It is said that he visited the girl's house recently when her parents were not at home and he committed r*pe on the minor girl. He further threatened the girl not to reveal the news to anyone. After receiving a complaint from her mother, police filed a POCSO case against him and took him into custody.
