Supreme Court Chief Justice NV Ramana narrated a tale written by famous writer and criminal lawyer Rachakonda Viswanatha Sastry. He added that the story dated back six decades. Addressing the meeting, Justice NV Ramana said that he will translate a part of the story which tells all about the life of a police head constable. He narrated how a head constable feels about his job responsibilities and how he struggles to handle them. He added that once a big company director called the head constable after a snake entered their backyard and the constable felt that whether they think he is a snake charmer.
