Moolagundla Yashodamma, the mother of Andhra Pradesh State Roads and Buildings Minister Shankar Narayana, died after a heart attack on Saturday night. Her death happened at Dharmavaram, her hometown in the Anantapur district. Yashodamma formerly served on the municipal council. Minister, who was in Visakhapatnam at the time, returned home as soon as he heard of his mother's death. The minister was moved to tears when he saw Yashodamma's demised body. According to sources, Yashodamma became critically unwell last night. When her family members noticed her, they rushed her to the hospital. Doctors who completed the tests, however, verified that she had died.
