CM Chandrababu Encourages Women Entrepreneurs, Promises Government Support
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu stated that women should advance as industrial entrepreneurs and that the NDA government is providing encouragement for this growth. He made these remarks while addressing women entrepreneurs at the international conference "New Generation - Tech-Aid for Sustainable Enterprises," organized by the Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of India (ALEAP) and the Ministry of MSME (Andhra Pradesh) in Vijayawada on Friday night.

At the same event, Chandrababu Naidu unveiled the foundation stone for a Green Industrial Park being set up by ALEAP in Koduru, Anakapalli district. In his speech, he emphasized that women are now excelling in earnings compared to men and are showcasing remarkable potential in all fields. He stated that progress is impossible without women's participation in the workforce. According to him, India has witnessed a significant rise in female labor force participation, and women, who were confined to household work three decades ago, are now making their mark in diverse sectors.

Support Through Innovation Hubs
Chandrababu Naidu announced that any woman aspiring to start a business in Andhra Pradesh would receive structured support through the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub. He affirmed the government's commitment to empowering women in every possible way. "This is not just a statement I am making today. In the coming days, we will demonstrate real results," he assured. He also emphasized that by utilizing available resources efficiently, women can achieve extraordinary success.

Women Should Excel in Artificial Intelligence
Chandrababu Naidu highlighted the importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI), stating that every woman should strive to excel in this field as the future belongs to AI. "Imagine programming your smart devices so that by the time you reach home from work, your meal is ready. Innovations like these transform our lives," he explained.

Referring to his "Swarnandhra Vision 2047," Chandrababu Naidu stated that the goal is to establish Andhra Pradesh as a $2.4 trillion economy. He further mentioned that the state is working towards becoming the world’s top economy, targeting a 15% growth rate.

Need for Digital Literacy
The Chief Minister emphasized that continuous learning is essential for everyone, as it enables the acquisition of vast knowledge. In a rapidly evolving world, every individual must enhance their skills. He stressed that digital literacy is crucial to harness the benefits of digital technology.

"Today, people can live without a spouse, but no one can live without a mobile phone," he quipped, highlighting the impact of technology on daily life. To support women in balancing work and household responsibilities, he announced plans to introduce a work-from-home policy in the state.

He urged women entrepreneurs to actively participate in government programs, evaluate opportunities, and contribute collectively to the state's progress. "Let us all work together through planning and innovation to make Andhra Pradesh a hub for entrepreneurs and lead the state toward a bright future," he appealed.

Chandrababu Naidu is a ‘Godfather’ to Women Entrepreneurs: ALEAP President
ALEAP President Rama Devi praised Chandrababu Naidu, referring to him as a “Godfather” to women entrepreneurs. She highlighted that he was instrumental in establishing the first industrial park in united Andhra Pradesh at Gajularamaram, which later became a global model.

She asserted that women entrepreneurs, if provided with the right facilities, can compete on par with men and achieve remarkable success.
