Former AP FiberNet Chairman GV Reddy Praises State Budget
Former Andhra Pradesh FiberNet Chairman GV Reddy on Friday commended the state government for presenting a well-planned annual budget with a minimal revenue deficit. He praised the budget of ₹3.22 lakh crore, highlighting that it was designed with only a ₹33,000 crore revenue shortfall. He shared his appreciation through a post on X (formerly Twitter).
“The Andhra Pradesh state budget presented yesterday has been meticulously planned, maintaining a minimal revenue deficit of just ₹33,000 crore while setting an overall budget of ₹3.22 lakh crore. Though I have distanced myself from politics to focus on my profession, my respect and admiration for Nara Chandrababu Naidu's leadership remain unchanged,” GV Reddy stated in his post.
He further expressed his gratitude to the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) for entrusting him with significant responsibilities during his tenure. “Despite my short tenure, I was given honorable responsibilities both in the TDP and within the government system. I will always be indebted to our leader, Chandrababu Naidu, for this opportunity. For the continued progress of Andhra Pradesh and the welfare of its people, our leader must become the Chief Minister again in 2029. Every Telugu individual who desires development has the duty to support him,” he added.
Recently, GV Reddy resigned from his positions as AP FiberNet Chairman, TDP primary membership, and TDP National Spokesperson due to personal reasons.
