300 mobiles stolen in one hour at GodFather pre-release event
Anantapur, September 30: Thieves stole 300 mobiles in just one hour at pre-release event of upcoming Chiranjeevi starrer ‘GodFather’ movie held at Arts College Grounds here on Wednesday. In the last 24 hours, 270 registered complaints through online and Chatbot, a WhatsApp initiative launched by Anantapur police to receive complaints on mobile thefts. Another 20 complaints received by III Town police and 10 more by II Town police.
Thousands of megastar fans attended the pre-release event in which Chiranjeevi released trailer of GodFather slated for release in theatres on October 5 this year. Speaking on the occasion, he praised Bollywood actor Salman Khan for his brilliant acting in the movie.
Nayanthara, Puri Jagannadh, Satyadev Kancharana, Murali Sharma, Sunil, Brahmaji, and Samuthirakani are playing key roles in the flick helmed by Mohan Raja and bankrolled by Ram Charan, R B Choudary, and N V Prasad under the banners of Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films.
