Sangareddy: Techie ends life after losing Rs 20 lakh in stock market

Sangareddy, August 12: A software engineer by name Lakshminarayana committed suicide at PJR Colony in Ameenpur village after losing Rs 20 lakh in stock market. According to police, Lakshminarayana sold all the properties registered in the name of his father to provide medical treatment to him. After spending money towards medical expenses, the deceased was having Rs 20 lakh with him.
 
Expecting high returns in a short term, Lakshminarayana put entire money in the stock market. But he suffered losses. Felt humiliated when family members questioned him about the money and took an extreme step. The police registered a case and sent the body to the government hospital for post-mortem.
