Hyd: Key accused in Secunderabad railway station violence arrested

Hyderabad, June 22: The railway police, who are probing into arson that took place at Secunderabad railway station on June 17, found that one Army job aspirant Prudhviraj from Adilabad was the first to set railway coaches on fire.

While he was setting on fire to berths and damaging properties on the platforms, Prudhviraj made other person to make videos and circulated the same on social media. Based on video clips, the cops arrested Prudhviraj and sent him to remand. 
 
The police named Madhusudhan as A1 and Prudhviraj as A2 in the violence. In the remand report, the police stated that both of them started arson and remaining aspirants took inspiration from them and destroyed furniture and set bogies on fire. 
 
Investigation has revealed that the Secunderabad railway station had become soft target because of no security at multiple entries. No one bothered to stop Army aspirants when they were carrying petrol along with them.
