Pawan Kalyan failed to find single tenant farmer, whose kin did not receive Rs 7 lakh aid: CM Jagan

Eluru, May 16: Addressing a public meeting at Government Degree College in Ganapavaram village after crediting first spell of Rs 5,500 financial assistance into the accounts of 50.10 lakh farmers for fourth consecutive year under the YSR Rythu Bharosa PM Kisan scheme, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy came down heavily on Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan for taking up Koulu Rythu Bharosa Yatra in the state.
 
The CM said Pawan Kalyan could not find a single tenant farmer, whose kin did not receive Rs 7 lakh compensation. He stated that tenant farmer can get CCRC card at RBK in their own village.
 
Jagan released Rs 3,758 crore as the first installant towards YSR Rythu Bharosa PM Kisan scheme. He further stated that 31 lakh farmers have benefited through free crop insurance. The CM asked as to why Pawan Kalyan and a section of media did not question TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu, when he was CM from 2014-19.
