Except Jana Sena, no alliance with other political party, reiterates AP BJP chief

Amaravati, May 9: Andhra Pradesh BJP president Somu Veerraju on Monday reiterated that his party will not enter into poll alliance with any other political party except Jana Sena. Talking to reporters, he exuded confidence of BJP coming to power in AP in 2024.

Veerraju said, “BJP has tie-up with people and an election alliance with only Jana Sena.” To a question, he asked media to pose a question to Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan regarding poll alliance between TDP-Jana Sena.

The AP BJP chief mentioned that they will meet voters and ask their votes explaining social welfare schemes and developmental works taken up by the Modi government in the state. “Our priority is AP development not alliance between political parties,” he stated.

Responding to TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu’s sacrifice call, Veerraju on Sunday made it clear that the BJP will never make sacrifices to benefit either the YSRCP or TDP.
