Ramakrishna’s is not honour killing

Bhuvanagiri, April 19: Former home guard Ramakrishna murder is not honour killing but he was killed due to property disputes, said Bhuvanagiri ACP Venkata Reddy. Police have identified that 11 persons were involved in the case. They are – P Venkatesham, D Yadagiri, D Ramulu, Sayyad Lateef, Goli Divya, Mohammad Afsar, P Mahesh, Mohammad Siddiq, T Dhanalakshmi, T Narender and T Bhanuprakash.

Police took Sayyad Lateef, Goli Divya, Mohammad Afsar and P Mahesh into custody and shifted to remand. They were interrogating the remaining seven accused. Police recovered a toy pistol, two sickels, hammer, Rs one lakh cash, one car and two bikes from the accused.
 
The ACP said that Ramakrishna, after losing his job, threatened his father-in-law Venkatesham to give share in his property, otherwise will file a case in the court. with this, Venkatesham decided to kill Ramakrishna and made an agreement with Lateef for Rs 10 lakh. 

Lateef and his gang killed Ramakrishna, in Ramaram village of Gundala mandal. They buried the body near a temple in Lakdaram village in Siddipet district. Police recovered the body and handed over the body to the relatives after conducting postmortem.
