Rajinikanth all praise for KGF2 team, sings paeans to producer

Chennai: Southern superstar Rajinikanth, who watched Yash’s KGF2, reportedly called the producer of the movie, Vijay Kirgandur and lauded him for producing a good film. According to the Kollywood grapevine, he reportedly congratulated the film team and said that he liked the film very much. Sreenidhi Shetty plays the heroine in this movie, which is directed by Prashant Neel.

It is learnt that Rajanikanth has a habit of appreciating film crew, actors, producers and directors whenever he watches a good film. The superstar’s gesture won him accolades as it gives a morale booster to those who are associated with films and makes them work with renewed vigour. 

Rajinikanth recently acted in 'Annaatthe' in Tamil, but he disappointed his fans with that film. It is also released in Telugu as 'Peddanna', but it did not impress even here. Regardless of that, Rajini is all set to act in his 169th film, which will be bankrolled by Sun Pictures while director Nelson Dilipkumar will be wielding the megaphone.
