"The Affection and Warmth You Showed Touched My Heart": Chief Minister Chandrababu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu celebrated his 75th birthday today. Political leaders from across party lines at the national level extended their greetings on the occasion. Leaders of the alliance, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) members, and the general public also conveyed their birthday wishes to Chandrababu Naidu.

In response, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu expressed his heartfelt gratitude to each individual who offered birthday wishes, stating that the affection and warmth shown by the people deeply moved him. On the occasion of his birthday, he reaffirmed his commitment to the progress of the Telugu people, declaring that it is his aspiration to see the Telugu community become one of the most powerful in the world. He conveyed these sentiments in a post on X, thanking everyone who had extended greetings.

"The wishes you extended, the affection and warmth you showed on my birthday moved my heart. I am grateful to each of you for being my support throughout my journey," said Chandrababu Naidu.

Expressing his appreciation, he added, "In my 75-year life journey and 47 years in politics, I sincerely thank everyone who stood by me and led me forward. I am forever indebted to the Telugu people for granting me the rare and extraordinary opportunity to serve as Chief Minister for the fourth time."

He noted that the admiration and trust placed in him by the people have increased his sense of responsibility and dedication. “Your encouragement has inspired me to work tirelessly for the progress of the Telugu society. I pledge to continue striving to fulfill your dreams and aspirations,” he stated.

Chandrababu Naidu reiterated his renewed commitment to the development of Andhra Pradesh and the advancement of Telugu people, saying, “The Swarna Andhra–2047 vision is a culmination of all your aspirations. With your support, cooperation, and collective efforts, I will turn this dream into reality. Every step I take, every thought I hold, every initiative I undertake will be for your brighter future. My aim is to provide governance that ensures opportunities for all and secures every citizen’s future.”

He emphasized his desire to transform Andhra Pradesh into a hub of global innovation and opportunity, adding, “It is my mission to build a knowledge economy for the state under the principle of ‘Think Globally–Act Globally.’”

The Chief Minister also highlighted the need to eliminate societal inequalities, bridge the gap between the rich and poor, and establish a poverty-free society. He mentioned that the recently launched P4 programme is intended to achieve this goal. Recalling the impact of the 'Janmabhoomi' initiative launched three decades ago, he stated that the new 'P4' scheme aims to transform poor households into golden families. He stressed the importance of wealthy individuals contributing to the well-being of the less fortunate and said, “I believe that the well-being of the individual leads to the well-being of society. The people are our strength, and through effective population management, we can achieve comprehensive development.”

Chandrababu Naidu also remarked on the achievements of Telugu people around the globe, noting that their successes bring immense pride. He said the Telugu community ranks among the top in terms of per capita income and asserted that greater collective efforts could lead to even more remarkable accomplishments. He declared that it is his ambition to see the Telugu community emerge as one of the most powerful in the world by 2047.

He further emphasized that self-respect and self-confidence are ingrained in the blood of Telugu people and called upon everyone to join hands in realizing the goals of a developed India and Swarna Andhra. “I invite everyone to participate in this mission alongside me,” he said.

Chandrababu Naidu also extended his gratitude once again to the party workers, leaders, supporters, and the public who organized social service activities across remote villages, the country, and overseas on the occasion of his birthday.
