Ambati Rambabu Slams TDP for Disrespecting Jagan Mohan Reddy

Ambati Rambabu, senior leader of the YSR Congress Party and former minister, expressed strong outrage against leaders of the Telugu Desam Party. He condemned the use of terms like “psycho” and “rowdy” to describe Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, who had previously served as the Chief Minister, and criticized their remarks as disrespectful and irresponsible.

Ambati Rambabu alleged that there is a rise in murders and attempted murders in the state and accused the police of failing to take appropriate action. He claimed that even when complaints are taken to court, cases are not being registered. He further alleged that when he requested the registration of cases, the authorities filed cases against him instead. He also criticized, claiming that certain police officers were not given postings by the coalition government.

Commenting on the current Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Ambati Rambabu stated that he failed to fulfill the promises made during the elections and remarked that the title of “cheater” is fitting for him.

Ambati Rambabu strongly objected to a comment made by State Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha, stating that she had insulted Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy by referring to him as merely the “Pulivendula MLA.” He criticized statements suggesting that Jagan, who has only 11 seats, would be provided “1 Plus 1” security. Ambati Rambabu emphasized that Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, having served as Chief Minister, is entitled to Z Plus security.

He questioned whether the hundreds of people who gathered near Jagan Mohan Reddy’s helicopter were not the same people now denying him adequate security. He alleged that proper security arrangements were not being provided to Jagan Mohan Reddy.
