Upasana Konidela Values Grandparental Upbringing for Her Daughter
Upasana Konidela, the wife of actor Ram Charan, continues to balance her dual roles with skill—managing her responsibilities as a homemaker and as the Vice Chairperson of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) at Apollo Hospitals Group. In a recent interview, she shared several engaging insights about her family life.
Upasana Konidela said, “My mother is my best friend,” emphasizing the closeness of their relationship. She recalled being raised by her grandparents and described growing up in their care as a beautiful experience. Expressing concern over the changing structure of modern families, she remarked on the rarity of joint families in today’s times.
She stated that she personally enjoys living with her in-laws and wishes for her daughter to grow up in a similar environment with her grandparents. She believed that her daughter would learn many valuable things from them during her upbringing.
Upasana Konidela mentioned that her in-laws take good care of her and that she feels reassured knowing that her daughter is in good hands when she is not at home. She also said that her parents show equal love toward their granddaughter. Expressing happiness, she noted that all the members of their family are contributing positively to the child’s wholesome growth.
