Elon Musk Makes Key Remarks on US–Europe Tariffs
It is well known that former United States President Donald Trump imposed retaliatory tariffs on several countries across the world. In this context, global billionaire and Tesla Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk made significant comments regarding international tariffs.
During a face-to-face meeting with Matteo Salvini, leader of Italy's League party, Elon Musk expressed his desire for a future where there are no tariffs between the United States and European countries.
“I hope to see a future where there are no tariffs between the US and Europe,” Elon Musk stated. He further added that he anticipates a closer and stronger partnership between the United States and European nations in the future, which he believes would eliminate the need for any such tariffs.
It is already known that Donald Trump had made a decision to impose 20 percent tariffs on Italy and several other European countries.
