Good News for Andhra Pradesh Government Employees

The Andhra Pradesh government has announced good news for state government employees. The coalition government has released ₹6,200 crore in pending dues related to General Life Insurance (GLI) and General Provident Fund (GPF). These funds are being directly credited to the employees' bank accounts. The disbursement is expected to be fully completed by tomorrow or the day after.

Employees and leaders of the Non-Gazetted Officers’ (NGO) Association have expressed happiness over the release of the funds. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu had given the green signal for the release of these pending dues two days ago. Following his approval, the Finance Department issued the necessary orders for the disbursement.
