Babu in Delhi on mission to get funds for state

Delhi, March 27, 2015: AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has arrived in Delhi a short while ago to meet Prime Minister Narandra Modi and other Central ministers to seek speedy release of funds to the state before this month end. "We are seeking at least some Rs. 10,000 Cr to be released from the Centre before the end of this financial year, " TDP leaders accompanying Chandrababu told reporters at the AP Bhavan. Chandrababu will meet Finance Minister Arun Jaitely , Home Minister Rajnath Singh and other top BJP leaders and appeal to them to release funds to AP on a war footing basis. Chandrababu will fly direct to Tirupati tomorrow evening after completing his assignments in Delhi.
