Parakala Prabhakar calls shots as Min Manikyala Rao sidelined for Pushkarams

Hyderabad, March 27 , 2015: Keeping aside the Endowments minister Manikyala Rao, AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has constituted a committee with Government media adviser Parakala Prabhakar as Chairman to oversee the implementation of Godavari Pushkarams. The committee, consisting of senior officials of several departments, will finalise all the programmes and works related to Godavari Pushkarams for their successful conduct. All said and done, there is no answer from the Government on why the Endowments Minister Manikyala Rao was not given the responsibility of chairing the committee related to his department.
