Priyanka Chopra Sells Mumbai Properties Amid Hollywood, Telugu Film Commitments

Indian actress Priyanka Chopra, who settled in Los Angeles after marrying American singer Nick Jonas, has been selling some of her properties in India. According to IndexTap, she recently finalized a high-value deal involving four apartments in Mumbai. These apartments, located in Oberoi Sky Garden in Andheri, were sold for ₹16.17 crore.

This is not the first time Priyanka has sold properties in India. In 2021, she sold two houses in Versova, and in 2023, she sold two penthouses in Lokhandwala. Currently, she owns properties in Goa, New York, and Los Angeles, where she resides with her husband and daughter.

On the professional front, Priyanka continues to be active in Hollywood, having starred in the American version of Citadel. She is also set to make her debut in Telugu cinema with director S.S. Rajamouli’s upcoming film, #SSMB29, where she will play an antagonist. She participated in the film’s shoot in January and February and is expected to return to Hyderabad for future schedules.

Rajamouli’s films typically take one to two years for completion, so despite selling her Mumbai properties, Priyanka may need to stay in Hyderabad for an extended period during the production.
