YS Jagan Moves NCLT Against Vijayamma and Sharmila Over Share Transfer Dispute
Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has filed a petition with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Hyderabad, alleging that his mother, YS Vijayamma, and sister, YS Sharmila, illegally transferred shares registered in his name and that of his wife, YS Bharathi.

In his petition, YS Jagan claimed that the shares were transferred without his signatures or consent. The petition names Vijayamma, Sharmila, Sandur Power, and the Registrar of Companies as respondents in the case.

Last week, YS Jagan had also filed an interim petition seeking a stay on the transferred shares. During the latest hearing, both parties requested additional time to file their counterarguments. As a result, the tribunal has postponed the next hearing to the 3rd of the coming month.
