Sourav Ganguly’s Car Involved in Minor Accident, No Injuries Reported

Former Indian cricket team captain Sourav Ganguly’s car met with an accident yesterday while he was traveling to Bardhaman. The incident occurred on the Durgapur Expressway near Dantanpur. Although Ganguly’s car sustained minor damage, no one was injured in the accident, bringing relief to all involved.

Ganguly was on his way to Bardhaman in his Range Rover to attend an event when a truck suddenly entered his convoy. This caused the vehicles in the convoy to lose control. In an attempt to avoid a major mishap, Ganguly’s driver applied sudden brakes, leading to a chain collision where the car behind his vehicle crashed into it. However, since the vehicles were moving at a moderate speed, a serious accident was averted. Two cars in the convoy suffered minor damage.

Following the incident, Ganguly resumed his journey and reached Bardhaman as scheduled. He attended an event at the local university and later participated in another program organized by the Bardhaman Sports Association.
