Chilkur Balaji Temple Chief Priest Rangarajan Attacked

Hyderabad: Chilkur Balaji Temple’s chief priest, C.S. Rangarajan, was attacked at his residence by a group of individuals. The attackers forcibly entered his home and allegedly threatened him to support the establishment of 'Ramarajya' (a Hindu governance concept). When Rangarajan refused, they physically attacked him.

During the attack, Rangarajan’s son attempted to intervene but was also injured.

Following the incident, Rangarajan and the chairman of the Chilkur Temple Managing Committee lodged a complaint with the police, demanding legal action against the assailants.

Several Hindu organizations strongly condemned the attack and called for strict action against those responsible.
